How a pilot works
- A free 30-minute call. Which routine eats most of your week?
- A two to four week pilot: one agent on your real mail, files or website. We check in weekly.
- You approve what it prepares and tell me what’s off. I tune it.
- If it saves you time, it keeps running. I host it, watch it and keep it working.

- Agents prepare, a person decides. Nothing is sent, deleted or paid without your OK.
- Your data, in writing
- Before the pilot starts, we agree in writing which services see your data and when it’s deleted.
- One person
- You talk to the person who builds and runs it. No ticket queue.
- Pricing after the pilot
- No price list yet, on purpose: pilots show what’s really needed. A setup fee, then a monthly fee you can cancel.
