Common questions
How do I restore Remove Ads?
Open Settings (the gear), then Purchases → Restore purchases. Remove Ads works on every device with the same Apple ID.
Coins stay on the device you bought them on.
I’m stuck on a pile.
Every pile can be won without a hint. Undo is free (except in endless mode): go back a few moves and try another column first. Jokers help too.
A word seems wrong.
Write me the pile number and the word. Bridge words fit two groups on purpose, but only one is right.
Is my progress synced?
Not yet. Your progress lives on your iPhone, and deleting the app deletes it.
Which language do I get?
English or German, following your iPhone’s language. The German piles are written for German, not translated.
Which devices does Wordpile run on?
iPhone with iOS 17 or later. It plays offline; only ads need a connection.
Can I change my ad choices?
In the EU and the UK, open Settings in the app and change your ad consent there.
